Construction Fair Build Expo Greece 2021, 15-17 October 2021
The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been informed by the Embassy of Greece in Sarajevo that the construction fair Build Expo Greece 2021 will be held from 15 to 17 October 2021 in Athens, under the patronage of the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
All interested companies are welcome to participate, and their representatives will have accommodation costs covered (more details in the Build Expo Program). Attached are the application form, brochure, and exhibition program.
The Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH is organizing the eleventh collective appearance of BiH companies at the International Furniture and Interior Fair imm cologne, Cologne (Germany), which will be held from 17-23 January 2022.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina Pavilion will have a maximum of 210 m2 and will bring together a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 BiH companies that apply within the deadline, submit the necessary documentation, and meet the participation requirements outlined in the text (i.e., are selected through the selection process). The minimum area per company is 20 m2, and the final stand size will depend on the number and desired stand space of the registered companies. In addition to the exhibitor space, the BiH stand includes a common area (info desk, storage).
Costs covered by the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH: – Part of the rental costs; – Total costs for stand design, construction, transport, and installation; – Mandatory entry in the Koelnmesse exhibitor catalog (€1,660 per company); – Stand logistics (electricity, cleaning, refreshments); – Joint exhibitor catalog production; – Preparatory and marketing activities.
Costs covered by BiH companies: – Participation fee for space rental (€180/m² + VAT 17%); – Travel and accommodation costs for representatives; – Transport and customs clearance costs for exhibits to/from Cologne.
Selection criteria: – The company produces furniture in BiH (living room, bedroom, children’s room, dining room; preference for solid wood and upholstered furniture); – Export experience and at least one English/German-speaking employee; – Strategically focused on EU export and adequate product quality; – Preference for FSC-certified material use; – Special attention to product design and IP rules; – No significant ongoing long-term EU supply contracts; – Majority domestic capital ownership; – Active membership in VTK/STKBiH, first or second-time exhibitors have preference; – Financial obligations from previous fairs organized by VTK/STKBiH settled.

Call to BiH Companies to Participate at the ANUGA FINE FOOD 2021 Fair
The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina has started preparations for the participation of BiH companies at the ANUGA FINE FOOD 2021 food industry fair, which will take place in Cologne (Germany) from 09 – 13 October 2021.
ANUGA is one of the world’s most important food industry fairs. The fair’s significance is enhanced by the organizer (Koelnmesse) focusing on the latest global trends in food and beverage production, supply, and consumption, organizing numerous side events accordingly.
BiH companies wishing to participate in ANUGA FINE FOOD 2021 can find more information in the attached documents.

Call to BiH Companies to Participate in the Online Metal Processing Sector Fair in BiH – “Match & Innovate 2020”
The Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH is implementing the project “Support to the Internationalization of BiH SMEs through the Organization of Online Fairs for the Wood Processing and Metal Processing Sectors”, which will include two specialized online events for these sectors for the first time in BiH.
The Online Metal Processing Sector Fair “Match & Innovate” will take place on 28–29 October 2020.
The project is implemented under the SME Strategy Implementation Support Mechanism (SIEM) within the “Small Business Act for Europe” program, funded by Sweden via Sida, and implemented by Eda Banja Luka.
Using previous positive experience in co-organizing international online B2B events, VTK/STK BiH will conduct this event via the EEN network platform.

Consultations on exhibitor profiles and materials
PR and marketing activities
Participation is free for selected BiH exhibitors
Criteria for exhibitors: Must be a BiH manufacturer in the metal processing industry, with export-oriented products, an English-speaking contact person for B2B meetings, and willingness to provide post-event results data.
Call to BiH Companies to Participate in the Online Furniture & Wood Processing Sector Fair – “Match & Furnish 2020”
The Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH announces the Online Furniture and Wood Processing Fair “Match & Furnish 2020” to be held on 21–22 October 2020.
Goals: Presentation of at least 15 export-oriented SMEs, attracting foreign buyers/suppliers, and organizing online B2B meetings to encourage internationalization and increase exports.
Support for selected exhibitors: online platform, profile preparation, B2B meeting organization, PR and marketing. Participation is free for selected exhibitors.
Criteria: Must be a BiH producer of furniture, components, prefab wooden construction, or wooden accessories; have export-quality products; provide an English-speaking B2B contact; and be willing to report post-event results. Preference for VTK/STK BiH members.
