Workshop held: "How Teams Create Profits: Habits That Differentiate Average from Excellence"
π On January 20, 2026, in the premises of the Chamber of Commerce of Zenica-Doboj Canton, a workshop entitled "How Teams Create Profit: Habits That Distinguish Average from Excellence" was held.
π€ The organizers of the workshop were "ALPHABET GROUP" Sarajevo and the Chamber of Commerce of Zenica-Doboj Canton.
π― The workshop was dedicated to everyone who bears responsibility for people, results, and the working atmosphere on a daily basis – leaders who want more than average and know that real teams do not arise by chance.
π© π« On behalf of the company "ALPHABET GROUP" Sarajevo, Alisa Lingo and Larisa Špuren-ŠariΔ, through an innovative approach and practical exercises, enabled the participants to discover:
βοΈ What does the team "in full force" look like
βοΈ where energy, trust and focus are lost in the business environment
βοΈ What small changes a leader can make to make the whole team work faster and safer
βοΈ What Every Leader Can Do Right Now – Without Waiting for Structure, Organization, or Other People's Decisions
π€ During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to network, as well as to exchange ideas and experiences.
π Given the great interest in the workshop, it is planned to continue cooperation through the organization of similar events.
π Also, on this occasion, the SteelCityZen project was presented, in which the Chamber of Commerce of Zenica-Doboj Canton is a project partner.
π SteelCityZen is a transnational cooperation project funded through the Danube Region Programme, which brings together 11 partners from 9 countries with the aim of addressing common challenges in the Danube Region – the vulnerability of (mono)industrial cities in the process of economic transformation.
β»οΈ These cities, often relying on a single resource-intensive industry, are particularly exposed to employment risks due to structural changes, including the π± green and digital π» transitions.
π― The aim of the project is to empower municipalities to diversify local labour markets and support inclusive and sustainable development, through:
- Strengthening the cooperation of stakeholders
- Better coordination between municipalities and employment actors
- Developing innovative tools to assess local skills and connect
- The implementation of the project lasts 36 months._1.jpg?1769424608889)
